CF Green Corp. a marketer and distributor of Colorado Black Angus Beef; announced today that debt financing has been secured for the modifications of the processing plant.
The Company has been negotiating with potential customers that require modifications to increase the number of cattle processed in the plant. Financing for these modifications has been secured. The financing is in the form of debt at favorable terms.
"We are excited about this financing package," said Brad Green, President of CF Green Corp. "We can now finalize the modifications to the plant that will increase capacity for new and existing clients. We expect to announce new contracts in the near future, which will enable us to be cash flow positive this year. Additionally, we are discussing additional projects that can be financed with debt versus equity. This, we believe, will increase the intrinsic value of the shares of CF Green," added Brad Green.
After the Company's forward split of three shares for one share (3-for-1) as of June 15, 2004, the approximate current share structure is as follows: 50,000,000 shares authorized; 35,500,000 shares outstanding; and 3,600,000 free-trading.
